Devices for the cosmetics industry are mainly characterized by a high finish of the contact surface with the product. To ensure a high degree of sterility, HML Nosewicz uses the most modern production processes to obtain values of Ra 0.01.
Pharmaceutical equipment made by HML NOSEWICZ meets the quality standards in accordance with the guidelines: FDA, PED, ASME.
We perform strength calculations of devices in accordance with the design codes: AD2000, EN 13445 and ASME Sec.VIII Div.1.
Our products are made of 304L, 316L, 316Ti, duplex, super duplex and other steel according to the requirements of our customers. We use components from reputable suppliers. Thanks to this, we ensure full traceability of the materials used.
We use only materials with properties confirmed by 2.1, 2.2, 3.1 and 3.2 certificates according to EN 10204. Our offer includes: vacuum-pressure and non-pressure reactors, homogenizing mixers, process mixers, powder mixers, tanks for internal transport, storage tanks, purified water, aseptic shell and tube heat exchangers and others.
